先标跟踪号、后发货导致的店铺被关的申诉

如题,上周店铺光荣的被关了。前段时间,公司单子暴涨,打包组忙不过来,就先标了跟踪号,两三天后才发货!结果店给OVER了。写了几次申诉,给的回复都一样:
You confirmed shipment of an order before actually sending it. Explain how you will prevent confirming shipments before sending orders in the future. 
写的申诉内容如下:
Thank you for your notice. I make a more detail plan to prevent confirming shipments before sending orders in the future. My plan as below:
1.    Arranging more persons to package the Amazon’s  items first, and ship them within 2 days. After the items are shipped, then confirming shipments.
2.    If the items lack of inventory for a long while. We will cancel the unshipped order.
3.    Increasing more purchasers to buy items from the factory, keep the items has stock. And once the items are out of stock, we will adjust the inventory into unavailable in timely. 
4.    We will ship more items to my company’s US warehouse and Amazon warehouse. When China’s warehouse lack of inventory, we could ship the items from US warehouse. We won’t confirm shipments before sending orders any more.
5.    Cooperating with a more reliable logistics company to ensure the tracking information could be updated on time and the parcels could be delivered within the estimated time.
最近真心快被折磨疯了,写了四次申请都未能通过!望有经验的大神能指点一二。

晚发和迟发是late shipment rate 那个指标。你都已经提前 confirm 掉了,肯定就不是晚发和迟发。 就是虚假发货。针对虚假发货来写吧。

申诉信第二点,cancel掉客人的订单,怎么可能这么解释。肯定是确保有货,及时发货,而不是等到客人下单了,发现没货,再去取消。
第三点好像也是针对没货来解释的。。亚马逊肯定不清楚你仓库有没有货。。所以这么解释估计也很牵强。估计唯一的出路就是做fba。

我没有写过虚假发货的申诉信,我在想可不可以把你虚假发货的订单统计下,然后对应的追踪号填上去,给亚马逊解释都可以被追踪到了。这样就只是操作违规,但是没有欺骗行为。

申诉信的基本格式是不正确的。建议去forum搜下申诉信是怎么写的。看别人写再加上自己也写过后总结的:why you make this problem, what you do now, and how to avoid in future.

关于虚假发货,我也有一点疑问,很多自发货的同学都有提前confirm过订单,但是为什么有些没被查出来。我的猜想是亚马逊 valid tracking rate 是95%,所以当你提前确认的订单小于5%的时候,你是安全的。然后自发货和fba的占比,20:80, 在一个安全的比例里面,亚马逊不担心你虚假发货,骗钱。关于这点,希望前辈指教。
