求助!已备案成功的账户的品牌注册被审核,申诉成功后显示品牌已注册,但品牌注册功能未恢。如果主账号的品牌注册最终还是没有恢复,但我想保留这个品牌,我是否可以更换品牌所有者身份到我的被授权账号1呢?
1. 两个账号均是新账号,没有违规问题,但主账号差不多时间有因为被人恶意投诉版权侵权所以存在知识产权侵权的绩效问题,且恶意投诉花了一个多月才解决,不知是否是此问题导致。
2. 按照附件1的申诉入口,提交了申诉,然后在seller central后台生成了普通Case:

If Yes, please attach a scanned copy of the TM receipt with registration number and branding image (mandatory).
If No, attach a scanned PDF copy of the Letter of authorization confirming that you are authorized to enroll the TM 90196054 into Brand Registry along with TM registration receipt.
2 Are you the manufacturer of your Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, attach a scanned copy of a Manufacturing Certificate (Optional).
If No, attach a scanned copy of the manufacturing agreement with the manufacturer and a copy of the invoice from the manufacturer (mandatory).
3 Do you have a website for the Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website (mandatory).
4 Do you have any other brand/s already being sold on Amazon? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the Amazon Storefront link(s) (mandatory).
5 Do you sell products from the Brand on other websites/ecommerce sites apart from the Brand’s website? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website/s (mandatory).
6 Name of each product in your brand’s product line. If you sell 5 or more products in your product line, you may name any 5 of the products. (Mandatory).

3. 按照要求提交了相关信息,收到回复说审核已通过,品牌注册并未滥用,然后生成了一个品牌case,进行接下来的处理。

Thank you for submitting all of the requested information. As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems and (ii) information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the brand is not abusive as per our policy. Therefore, the appeal is approved.
What is the next step?
Your Brand Registry application request has now been forwarded to the Brand Registry enrollment team for next steps in the enrollment process which will be communicated over email.
The new case ID for your Brand Registry application is: 8730828XXX. Please refer to this case ID in all future correspondence regarding your application.
4. 按照要求,换到了生成的品牌case里进行跟进,品牌case给品牌AAA代理注册公司发送了验证码,提出需要提供此验证码以获准在亚马逊品牌注册中注册品牌A, 如下。
"Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry. We have provided a verification code for your application, to the public contact listed on the website for the agency that registered the trademark for {{AAA}}. The information available from the agency is listed below. Please reach out to this trademark contact to receive the verification code. The verification code will confirm that you are approved to enroll {{AAA}} in Amazon Brand Registry."
5. 提供验证码后,却收到回复说品牌AAA已经注册,让联系品牌AAA的的权利所有者,使用他们使用品牌支持里中的“Update your brand profile”选项将我的账号添加到该账户。
“We are unable to approve your application at this time because {{AAA}} is already registered.
Please contact the rights owner at XXXX(品牌代理公司的名称) for {{AAA}} and request that they add you to the account using the 'Update your brand profile' option in Contact Us.”
但我的问题是:我出问题的主账号本身就是品牌备案账号,且之前已经被认证为品牌所有者,我当下也无法联系品牌支持,如此,我该如何尽快恢复我账号的品牌注册功能。
主账号对我来说非常重要,我需要尽全力保证它各个方面都是正常的。这个问题出现一个多月了,请路过的大神们看下,有没有类似的情况,90天后有恢复么?可否告知下处理思路。多谢了!

从case回复申诉通过到目前为止,我的主账号的品牌注册功能依旧不可用,和最开始的情况一模一样:品牌注册列表显示无品牌注册,重新注册或是新注册品牌也都显示被拒,品牌所有相关功能不可用。后台提示的处理方式就是再走一次上面申诉的所有流程,感觉是一个死胡头。
