货代没有预约就直接送到亚马逊,亚马逊会签收货件吗?会存在绩效问题吗?

货代没有预约或者说没有预约上就直接送了亚马逊仓库
但是这票货件一直没有送达,也没有显示签收
货代提供pod,然后说后续亚马逊会签收

请问这种情况后续亚马逊会签收吗?
会存在绩效问题吗?

如果能送进去了,一般是可以接收的。标准件可以直接送进去,大件需要预约。现在产品已经到亚马逊了,货代已经干不来啥了,只能催亚马逊找到货件并且上架。
 
1)到货后前端是预留状态,用买家号去跟客服说,我们觉得这个产品很好,但是配送时间太长之类的,平台是注重买家体验的,所以他们会去反馈处理。所以买家号非常重要,非常重要!大家有条件都要养起来,攻防必备。
2)申请尺寸测量,因为在转运,测量没库存,他们也会加速
3)反馈贴错标,让亚马逊预留帮忙拍照,这个是允许的。也是同2道理,没库存,他们也会处理.
4)开case联系客服, 同步开品牌团队的case, 说产品是季节性产品,转运中严重影响顾客的购物体验, 催促帮忙上架. 

催上架模板:
Hello,

My shipment code is FBAXXX,

UPS logistics order number: 1ZXXXXX,

It has been successfully delivered to the Amazon warehouse for a long time, but until now there is no inventory information.

We are a seasonal product, which is now completely out of stock. If it cannot be put on the shelves as soon as possible, it would greatly affect our sales and easily cause a backlog of products.
