急！被国外的技术专利投诉侵权下架， 我们的是国内的技术专利， 提供了专利文件， 认证文件，发票， 亚马逊说文件无效， 怎么解决？！这个要怎么申诉呢？

黑五前， 这家公司把类目里功能类似款全投诉下架了， 剩下它一家独大。 他们的专利是美国专利。 我们的是国内专利， 而且和他家的技术有很大区别。 我已经把技术专利， 外观专利 的文件， 专利号， FCC认证， 还有厂家的购买发票提供给亚马逊申诉， 而且就两家的技术差别罗列了几大不同。 亚马逊直接说：

发的是英文CASE， 回复的是中文。 这个还能怎么申诉， 我已经把所有文件都提交了，亚马逊说无效。而且这个ASIN 有1K 准备入库。 链接被删除了， 会影响入库吗？已经收到2次知识产权投诉了， 但是没有一次申诉成功。 亚马逊还警告：如果未发送要求的信息，会怎么样？ 如果我们没有收到要求的信息，商品信息不会恢复，您的账户也可能被停用。

如果楼主你真的觉得你产品的技术跟投诉方的技术是不一样的，建议尽快把你的技术去申请技术专利
可以找一个专业的专利申请服务商去操作。
亚马逊自身是没有办法鉴别你们的技术不同点的，这就是亚马逊的不作为情况。
你还可以写dmca文件去反驳这个投诉。

如果楼主你真的觉得你产品的技术跟投诉方的技术是不一样的，建议尽快把你的技术去申请技术专利
可以找一个专业的专利申请服务商去操作。
