Option c: I am a licensee - Upload a scanned copy of the contract if you are a licensee. Enter N/A if you are a TM owner or have authorization to represent the brand (Mandatory)

Q2> Which of the two statements best describe the current manufacturing set-up for the brand? This is required so that we can guide you to upload the right documents which would aid our investigation process.
Option a: I have my own manufacturing set-up which manufactures majority of the products under the brand - Upload a scanned copy of the manufacturing certificate if you manufacture majority of the products under the brand. (Optional).
Option b: I have a contract with a third party manufacturer which manufactures majority of the products under the brand - Upload a scanned copy of the contract with the third party manufacturer. Enter N/A if you have your own manufacturing set-up.

As part of Brand Registry, a detailed investigation is conducted during which our investigation team may reach out to you to request for additional information and documents as evidence or to participate in a video verification.

On 06/01/2022, we reached out to you to share additional info. As of 06/10/2022, we have not heard back from you. In the absence of the additional information, we are unable to process the notice and hence it is declined.
