品牌分析和vine一直没有办法使用，回复的都是一样的模板。从卖家中心联系客服回复的是：Thank you for your interest in enhanced brand tools in Seller Central. Unfortunately, we are not able to approve you to use this feature at this time. The tool is only available to sellers who own a brand. This user must be internal to the brand and must be responsible for selling the brand’s products on Amazon. We were not able to verify that you meet these requirements.
我从品牌支持联系客服，回复却是让我从卖家中心联系他们，回复的一下内容：Upon reviewing, I see that you have contacted us from your Brand Registry account. Please be informed that we will not be able to access/check and validate your seller central account to grant access to enhanced brand tools (Amazon Brand Analytics) until you contact us from your seller central account.
我都要昏过去了，case一直没停过。最开始连a+和视频，品牌旗舰店也没有办法使用，然后我开了case，和他们说明没有办法使用品牌的一系列功能也提及了品牌分析功能，之后就得到了他们如图的回复，说是要等待48个小时，但是已经过了十几天了。a+和视频，品牌旗舰店可以使用了，但是vine和品牌分析还是用不了。

之前有看到其他卖家提供了美国站非常好的解决办法，见帖子 https://www.wearesellers.com/question/31899
但是英国站没有办法跳转到所提到的链接中，有没有已经解决这个问题的小伙伴，求解，求解。
