关于FBA货件丢失索赔的问题:亚马逊后台一直显示的就是delivered状态,开case催入库也没有用。 过了几个月这个货件就直接被关闭了,一个也没有接收

请教一下,我有一票货是发到英国的,之后在亚马逊后台一直显示的就是delivered状态,开case催入库也没有用。
过了几个月这个货件就直接被关闭了,一个也没有接收。
找亚马逊索赔过一次,提供了UPS的签收证明和采购发票。
现在亚马逊解释就是说可能是我的箱标贴错了、包装不合适等等;但是也没有说就是因为这些原因造成的无法入库。
我很确定外箱标签、商品标签、包装这块是没有问题的;每次出货之前我都会再三检查,公司也有Double Check的制度。
以下是亚马逊回复我的具体内容:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that your concern is regarding the missing units in FBA shipment: 货件ID一号.
Upon investigation, we have received additional 25 units of FNSKU: 产品ID in shipment: 货件ID二号.

Items are received to a different PO due to any of the following:
- Incorrect Shipment Label on the shipping container
- Placing the item in the wrong shipping container.
- The fulfilment centre received to the wrong shipment ID in error.

Also, we have found 2 units and have added to your inventory. Regarding the remaining missing units, we have completed several additional checks in response to your request. As we do not have a record of receiving the units in question, we will not be able to issue any reimbursement.
