Sellers on Amazon.com are responsible for listing their items in accordance with our Condition Guidelines.

想知道对方是如何投诉的。买家下单后投诉还是直接后台开case就可以投诉?
然后解决方法是写POA,正常几天就能恢复。但是要如何杜绝多次被投诉?可以发邮件给绩效申请listing保护吗?
也想反击,但是花钱只查了个邮箱,邮箱不对应任何卖家账号。
现在只能推测投诉我的两种可能,1是这个邮箱是买家邮箱,买家下单后投诉。2.是这个邮箱是子账号邮箱,用亚马逊子账号后台开case举报投诉我的listing。
这一定是竞争对手搞的。产品全五星,退货率极低。并且最近两天美国和加拿大接连被投诉。我另外一款自然全一星差评退货率极高的从来没被投诉过。所以这是同行恶搞无疑
请懂的大佬能否解答一下我的疑问?并且最好能帮我找到是谁搞的,重金悬赏!
