为什么亚马逊的品牌投诉权限会被撤销?有点离谱

亚马逊卖家品牌投诉权限被撤销,一般都是什么原因导致的呢,还没有被撤销的卖家可以注意规避一下这些行为了。
①滥用投诉权限:投诉失败率过高,亚马逊撤销权限(不建议频繁使用投诉权限,因为投诉率低可能会撤销权限甚至品牌移除); 
②用自己的商标去投诉其他卖家的专利、专利投诉商标、版权投诉商标等,一旦失败就容易造成权限撤销甚至是品牌滥用。 
那卖家们被撤销投诉权限之后我们要怎么去申诉恢复权限呢,我这里也给大家整理了一些需要准备的资料和申诉思路,有遇到的卖家可以参考  
申诉资料:品牌证书 授权书 律师代表出具的证明 要注意,申诉的前提是品牌的律师为有美国本土资质,无制裁记录,不在黑名单 
大概的申诉思路可以参考这三点 
1.仔细审查警告: 首先,仔细阅读亚马逊发送给您的警告,确保完全理解了违反的具体政策和指控。参考你之前哪些举报行为被判无效。 
2. 澄清事实: 如果确信自己没有违反亚马逊的政策,或者认为有误会,可以准备好相关证据来澄清事实。一般包括订单信息、、产品图片等。需要根据你举报了什么导致违规,确保能够提供详尽的信息来支持申诉。 
3. 编写申诉信: 编写一封正式的申诉信。以下是一个示范的申诉信模板,可以根据实际情况进行修改
Dear Amazon,
On November 2rd Beijing Time, we found that Amazon revoked our access to report a violation because we violated Amazon's policy on reporting. We clicked the Appeal button and the appeal page informs that we have violated the following policy
-Attempt to enforce exclusive distribution agreements 
-Provided false information
-False claims to rights ownership 
Then we checked all the submission history in the last few months and the IP policy. We really regret that we get involved in violation of Report a Violation.   

--The root cause of the loss of our access to Report a Violation.
During September 30th, 2022 to October 31rd, 2022, we repeatedly reported against these asins:  ABCDE. We reported them for infringing our patent, copyright and trademark, However, we only owned the trademark and patent but not the copyright of the product we report. 
The detailed report process is as follows.
1.We searched for these asins: ABCDE on report a violation page.
2.In order to improve the success rate. we repeated summit cases to report them.
3.We tried different types of infringement, including copyright infringement, patent infringement and trademark infringement every time. 
4.We did not take any actions after we received a counter-notice from an Amazon seller on Complaint ID: 1044444444 about asin:A because we do not owned the copyright of this product.
5.We ignored these cases rejected and the counter-notice and continued to report. We filed a total of 20 complaints against all these 5 asins in one month. 
6.Finally our report a violation right was revoked by Amazon. 
 
--The causes of the invalid submissions.
1.Our operating employees are lack of the knowledge of Amazon's Intellectual Property Policy
Our company's training content is biased towards the direction of technical practice, and does not attach importance to Amazon policies. And our company's management policy and supervision system is not perfect. These reports were submitted by a fresh hand and we failed to found or stopped in time.

2.To improve the success rate of complaints, we repeated multiple complaints against specific sellers and ASIN.
 During September 30th, 2022 to October 31rd, 2022, we reported many times against these asins: ABCDE. This is because we think that the more times we report, the greater the probability of our report success. But we didn't realize that such behavior would lead us to violate Amazon's reporting violations.

3.In addition, we ignored the rejected cases and counter-notice. We continued to filed case and chose an false or invalid report reason. 
After we received e-mails informed us that our reports were rejected and a counter notice,  we chose false or invalid issue type and filed case again and again. We did this because we think this will improve the accept rate. However, Amazon requires sellers to chose the right issue type so that they can make right decision. It was really our mistake.
