因为详情页描述问题,不知道什么时候被系统添加了属性-开关方式“remote“,图片,描述,标题,都是没有提到remote的。估计是客人买去,然后向亚马逊投诉了,被亚马逊判定为瑕疵品,如何申诉
亚马逊第一封邮件原文如下:
Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
We reviewed your inventory for your ASIN xxxx due to the following negative customer return comments:
The customer ordered a set of 24 submersible LED lights that were supposed to come with a remote control. The customer received the lights twice without the remote control, even though the product description stated it should include a remote control.
We have completed our initial examination of units sampled from your inventory for ASIN xxxx within our fulfillment centers and it was determined item or parts are missing.
We identified following issue with the inventory - The item is missing the remote control.
Attached are images of the affected units. Please review the images and verify the issue. Please choose one of the following options within 48 hours to let us know how you would like to proceed:
1. Create a removal order and have your inventory returned to you
2. You wish our fulfillment centers to move only units missing parts to unfulfillable.
We appreciate your patience during this process.
Please note we have moved your inventory to reserved status until this issue is resolved. This will enable you to resume sales as soon as possible.

Considering the above clarification, there is no need for removal or return of the inventory. We trust that this adjustment will prevent any future issues related to this matter. 之后case二次回复,承认你之前链接有remote的信息,对买家造成误解,目前你已经更新了前台信息 不再包含遥控器信息,对后续买家的销售不存在错误引导的问题,并且产品实物本身也是没有遥控器的,因此符合销售要求。
并解释你以后如何避免这类问题再次发生,比如培训员工链接编写能力、对链接信息审查,定期对链接信息与产品参数的匹配检查,建立审查监督制度等等。
