美国站玩具类目CPC审核，提交了多次CPC邮件回复说认证通过但要去后台合规性那再次提交CPC但是找不到要提交的地方， CASE提交多次未果，客服都是模板式的回答，其他人有遇到这样的问题不？

但是按照回复过来的路径点到performance里面的合规性里找不到要提交的地方，搜索ASIN也找不到， CASE提交多次未果，客服都是模板式的回答，其他人有遇到这样的问题不？求大神帮忙看下怎么解决的？

Amazon's policies require that all the product sold through the Amazon website meet specified certification standards and also we have reviewed your request and have concluded that your product is subject to the compliance requirements.
In order to list the product on Amazon you must submit the documents requested. This product may be removed if the compliance documents are not received. How do I provide the requested documents?
Vendors 1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates 2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents 3. Search for the affected ASIN and then; 4. Click Add to upload the documents for each product Sellers 1. In Seller Central, click the Performance menu, and choose Account Health; 2. Under Policy Compliance, click on Compliance Documentation Requests; 3. In the search results, click the Provide Documentation link next to the ASIN; 4. Follow the steps in the Submit required documents section to start the application process
