买家账号登录显示如下英文无法正常登录,导致卖家账号也无法登录后台,目前商品可售正常展示,请问需要如何申诉才能正常登录卖家账号?具体步骤是什么?感谢!

We have cetected unusual activity on your Amazon account, for this reason, we have temporarly placed it on hold and canceled anypending orders or subscriptions.
To restore access to your account, sign in and follow the on-screen instructions. You will have the option to upload a document with therequired information to verify your account. Once you have provided this document,we will review it and respond within 24 hours.
When uploading a document to verify the ownership of a payment method, be sure that the name, address, payment type, and relevanttransaction information are clearly visible. For your security, only display the last 4 digits of the payment method number.
