账号关联一个完全不认识的账号,挂了。和这里面提到的账号XXXX完全没有关系。这种情况下,该怎么申诉才更容易成功呢?谢谢各位大佬帮忙

账号突然间被关联,挂了。我们和这里面提到的账号XXXX完全没有关系。这种情况下,该怎么申诉才更容易成功呢?谢谢各位大佬帮忙
 
问了2个服务商,说必须先激活被关联的这个账号才行。可关键我都不知道他是谁。2个服务商都表示没法搞!

Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account XXXX which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the YYY Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, YYY please follow the below steps:

1. You must first reactivate the account associated with XXXX by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, YYY by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... ions. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the account – XXXX ?

If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:

1. If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following this https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... tions and provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

2. If you do not recognise the above account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... tions and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.

如果是完全不认识的账号,建议按照邮件最后一条来申诉。
 
准备好公司营业执照,法人身份信息,信用卡,银行账单等信息。
 
参考下面模板,在邮件提示的网址链接处进行申诉。
 
 
Dear Amazon,

Our seller account was suspended by Amazon on January 1st because our account was judged to be related with another seller account.

We were shocked after receiving the email. Because this is our first time to register for an Amazon account, and we don't know anything about the related account.

We investigated the company information and all operating equipment. Our company information has never been used on Amazon, and we deliberately bought a new computer, a new IP and applied for a new credit card for the account. We totally can't understand why it was judged to be related with another account.

We have always strictly abide by Amazon's rules, and we certainly understand that we can only operate one Amazon account.

We have provided you with all the information of our company in the attachment to prove that this account is the only Amazon account we have. We hope that you can understand the truth through the investigation and restore our sales authority.
