最近英国站开通准备销售玩具类目，有两款不同节点的产品，因为之前有一款在美国站申请过玩具类目，还保留着相关资料，就打算拿那款的资料申请，分享下过程：
 
一开始提交的是产品的外箱图和产品图片（美国站和加拿大站都是过了的），因为有品牌，就选了供应商和批发商那一选项（这样可以不必提交发票），半小时后收到拒绝信息：
 
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for your interest in selling Product Group Toys. We have reviewed the information that you provided and determined that it does not meet our requirements. To allow us to continue processing your application, please address the following issues:   

Product Packaging Picture:
– The images provided do not meet the EU labelling guidelines, which state that address on the label must be in an EU country. Please provide product images that meet this requirement.
– The images provided do not meet the labelling requirements, which state that the label must contain a certification mark. Please provide images showing all sides of the product packaging including appropriate certification mark.

Please respond to this case and provide updated document(s) that remedy the issue(s) indicated above. You can respond to this case within the next 14 days or create a new application at a later time.
第一次做英国站没经验，从回复看是缺少CE标志和欧代地址。
 
虽然我们产品有CE证书和注册欧代，但是没来得及定制相关外箱，然后就P了CE标志和欧代地址到外箱上又提交了一次。
果然第二次也没有让我失望，也是过了没多久直接拒绝，而且还没有任何理由，回复信如下：
 
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support

We reviewed your account and determined you are not eligible to sell for Product Group Toys. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review. 

We apologize for any inconvenience our decision has caused you. We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site.

This decision doesn't necessarily reflect poorly on you or your seller account. We take a number of factors into consideration.

We value your participation and hope that you will continue to sell on Amazon in an effort to build your performance history.

We appreciate your understanding.
这下给我整蒙了，我不是提交了你要的资料吗？一脸懵的我将着这个case重新开启问了原因，亚马逊那边直接复制了上面的回复。
 
然后我上论坛看了很多相关的帖子，https://www.wearesellers.com/question/24618?rf=24928
这个知友的帖子给了很大的启示。可能是我们没有提供DOC，我们找了一份模板按照CE检测报告修改。后面在亚马逊后台各种检索发现有导航到欧盟给的DOC模板，而且亚马逊后台也说的很详细了，文末会分享出来（搜索框是个好东西，希望大家能多用）





 
最后一次提交的资料：产品及外箱图（外箱P有CE标志和欧代信息），DOC，欧代合同，商标证书，基本上是把能想到的都提交了，本来还想提交CE证书和检测报告的，但是上面的供应商信息不是我们的，怕言多必失就没附上去了，以上全是以PDF形式提交的，另外注意：DOC是修改好打印出来签字再扫描或者拍照做成PDF的。这次提交后收到以下回复：
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We have received your application to sell Toys and are reviewing the documents provided. You can expect an update within the next 2 to 3 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for selling with Amazon. 
乍一看以为过了，屁颠屁颠跑去后台一看并没有！不过这个回复跟前几次的明显不一样，感觉有戏，然后昨天就收到回复通过了：
Hello
You can sell the products below. If you previously received an error message when trying to upload an offer for this product, please try again. In some cases, you might need to delete your previous offer and submit a new one. 

You have been approved to sell [***] in this [Toys]. 
Note: You can sell the brands in the approved categories only. To sell in other categories, you might need to re-apply under additional categories.
然后去后台看销售申请那也是已批准。
 
当我满怀欣喜准备上架另一个节点的产品时发现后台找不到这个节点，后面搜索关键词找到了这个节点，单手后面有个小锁头的符号，嗯？？？我不是已经过了类目审核了吗？黑人问号脸？？？？
开case回复如下：
 
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support, 

I understand that you're facing issue while listing your product.

Upon checking, I see that the you have been approved to sell [品牌店铺] in this [Toys]. You can sell the brands in the approved categories only. To sell in other categories, you might need to re-apply under additional categories.

Please note that this approval applies to the listed products only [ASIN **** ], and does not apply to other products that require approval. Amazon maintains the right to modify the categories and products that require approval at any time.

If you would like to list your product under another Category browse node, you need to request for an approval.
好家伙（WTF）！？？按这个意思是每个不同的小类节点都需要重新申请？行！重新申请就重新申请吧，反正有通过的经验了。
但是在添加产品时发现我玩具类目已经过了啊！！！我搜竞品ASIN出来都没有“申请销售批准”这个选项了，脑瓜子瞬间嗡嗡的，我是谁？我在哪？我在干嘛？！！！！
求救！大伙有遇到过这种情况的吗？求最优解！！（发现亚马逊就是个不断发现问题-解决问题-怀疑人生的大坑）
