产品报价被暂停,原因是负面反馈引发调查,亚马逊调查后,两天了还没恢复,有大神懂吗?

今天收到邮件,说产品报价暂停,原因是负面反馈引发调查,客户要的是蓝色,却受到灰色。
把我整个产品停掉,真的心痛然后 昨天收到说产品没问题,但是为什么始终没恢复我的销售呢?求解!!

2.解封了让客服刷
3.没有解封的话,继续发邮件给绩效团队,附上恢复的截图,要求绩效团队给你解封
4.有些产品回来之后的一段时间里面会被放在预留状态,这种要十天半个月才能恢复
5.如果在售列有数量但是不能售卖的话,就是两个可能:1.产品没解封2.产品解封了要刷新
