今天收到邮件,说产品报价暂停,原因是负面反馈引发调查,客户要的是蓝色,却受到灰色。
把我整个产品停掉,真的心痛,有人遇到过同样问题吗,请问这个调查的时间要多久???

昨天收到说产品没问题,但是为什么始终没恢复我的销售呢?求解!!
