Dear Seller Performance Team 
We are amazon seller "XXX",our email is XXX
We are terribly regretful that our selling privilege has been removed because of product review manipulation. 
We are so sorry about our ignorance of Amazon rules and we feel ashamed that we did such foolish things to obtain reviews. We repent of not complying with the policy while sell on your platform. 
We realize that it’s too late to regret it. Regarding our problem, we list detailed plans according to your suggestions.
1.A detailed description of all the methods you used to post or obtain customer reviews that are prohibited by Amazon policies.  
First of all, we want to explain the reason that we contacted the customer to modify negative reviews. 
This is the first time we have received a notification from Amazon about manipulating comments.
As a seller on Amazon,we are committed to providing better products and services.At the same times, negative product review really affects our order conversion rate. So once new negative product review posted, we sent mails with solutions including refunding ,replacement to customer. After customer received the replacement, we’ll send another mail to ask for updating reviews. but,buyer will almost never reply to us .We also list all details including product ASIN, Order NO, Review date and contacted mails in a sheet.Please refer to the attachment. 

2.Usually,after we receive negative review,we find buyer's order by review name and contact buyer by amazon order ,we do not contact and modifying review by any third parties.We have never contact buyer through any illegal means.So,there is not contact information (name, email address, website, etc.) for any third parties you engaged to obtain Prohibited Reviews.
3.Identifying information for any customer accounts you or a third party used to post prohibited reviews:
we do not sent any message to buyer by any third parties.
4.Documentation (e.g., emails and receipts) from any such third party confirming you used their service.
we do not contact and modifying review by any third parties.So,there is not documentation.

5.List of any prohibited reviews remaining on the Amazon site.
It is the negative reviews customer that we contact customer no reply in May:

6.A plan that explains how you will prevent product review manipulation in the future.
We are active seller on Amazon, runs in the name of xxx trademark for years.We provided customer both good products and customer service. Hope Amazon can look through to it. If you can give us a chance, we will be grateful and we’ll work very hard to complete the following steps.
1). We are absolutely lacking of awareness of rules and policies when sell on Amazon platform. We will go through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform, pay more attention to the news feed of Amazon’s new rules, carefully read and then comply. 
2)We’ll never contact customer for modifying negative posts. Instead, we’ll pay more attention to product and value every customer review. If it’s about product quality issue, we’ll at once feedback to our product team and factory to seek for improvement or update. The fundamental of negative product reviews lies on product quality, regarding this we’ll control our supplying resources strictly. And we will develop,design and produce more quality products that meet customer needs.
3)We’ll never offer any free or discounted product to any customer and reviewer for review.  According to the latest policy of Amazon, we will get an honest product review via the Amazon Vine program. When the trial order is produced in factory; all the products must pass our quality test before the package. 
4)We’ll never use any third party to obtain any product reviews. If we still receive any emails about posting reviews from third parties, we will report it immediately to Amazon.
5)We will check all the products we've been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 12h in favor of the customer's right. 
6)If the buyer’s review are unreasonable, we will contact the Amazon review team and solve.
7)we will know buyer' needs and improve our problem of products.
8)If any selling questions, we will consult Amazon for help.

We will put all our efforts in learning the policy of Amazon and improving the Quality Controlling, Products Accuracy from now to keep our customers has an excellent buying experience. We will never manipulate any product reviews in the future. For quality problem , after the clients send us the pictures, we will send the new one immediately or refund as the client's requirement as we have been done. For our Amazon's experience, we will keep improving all the details in service, quality to meet our clients’ requirement. We will assure to comply with Amazon's selling policy for all the orders.
