近日收到一个商品状况买家投诉，收到亚马逊邮件内容如下：
       We received customer complaints that a product they received did not accurately match the description mentioned in the product detail page. Customers complained that the item they received was in the wrong language, or was a different country version from what they ordered. The items that we received complaints about are listed at the end of this email. Your listings are still active.
      后台账户状况显问题是投诉原因是版本错误。
       我看了一下，有个疑问：
       前面所有说产品与描述不符与后面语言问题版本问题是两个问题，还是前面产品与描述不符是问题的类别，具体问题还是语言版本问题。
       申诉是只需针对语言版本问题还是要针对产品与描述不符两个问题？
