我看了一下,有个疑问:
前面所有说产品与描述不符与后面语言问题版本问题是两个问题,还是前面产品与描述不符是问题的类别,具体问题还是语言版本问题。
申诉是只需针对语言版本问题还是要针对产品与描述不符两个问题?

这种情况下,申诉的话肯定要优先从针对这个问题来申诉,解释一下为什么会发生这种情况,之后的补救措施是什么预防措施是什么。
这个还是很好申诉的,但是需要抓紧处理,不然链接下架了可能会更麻烦一点
