最近店铺一个asin被移除，因为potential registered design misuse。邮件写道：
 
We have taken this measure because we suspect your listings may infringe on the intellectual property of others. The listings are for products that use the registered design of another rights owner. This is a violation of the rights owner’s registered design, and is a violation of the Amazon Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers, which can be reviewed at:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/G201361070
 
解决的办法： 

To reinstate your listings, please click ‘Resolve’ next to each affected ASIN in the Suspected Intellectual Property Violations section of your Account Health page. To successfully appeal, you will need to do one of the following:

1. Provide a letter of authorization or licensing agreement proving that you are authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using their registered design with your own brand name. The documentation must meet the following criteria:

- Includes name and address of rights owner.

- Letter explicitly authorizes you to make and list products using the rights owner’s registered design.

2. Explain how the ASINs are not infringing on any intellectual property.
 
 
虽然邮件中没有指明侵权的品牌，但是后台提示了potential registered design misuse（某品牌）。
 
一个同事认为，这是被这个品牌方投诉了，除非对方撤诉，或者我们获取品牌授权（都不太可能）；
 
我认为，是因为我们的图片或者文案和对方的asin（通过品牌搜索查到了他家的对应的类似asin）过于接近，被amazon大数据检测出来疑似侵权。按照我的思想，需要我们检查下对方的asin和我们的asin，查个重，然后更新图片以及文案，不要太过相似，然后再去申诉。
 
目前还没有对此做任何处理。希望和大家能讨论下，出现这种情况，到底是真的被对方举报但是amazon还不给出举报者的信息呢，还是由于我们的asin和对方重合度过高，都不需要对方举报，而被amazon大数据检测查重，直接被下线？
 
我想，这个讨论如果能得出结果的话，对大家尤其遇到这种问题的运营，应该也是有价值的吧。
