亚马逊欧洲站后台无法登录,提示滥用亚马逊服务被关闭,没有什么违规操作,前台商品正常销售,开case客服回复说买家账号问题导致卖家账号无法登录,大神们能否给个指引,让我可以申诉解决这个买家账号问题?
突然亚马逊后台登录不上去提示滥用亚马逊服务被关闭,没有什么违规操作,也没有收到任何邮件,前台商品正常销售,收款也正常,FBA货物还是一样接收,然后开case咨询客服,得到回复是:

We understand your concern regarding your selling account status. After careful review, we have determined the issue preventing you from logging into your Seller Central account resides with your Amazon consumer account.
Please contact Customer Service to resolve the issue and regain access to your Seller Central account.
You can contact Amazon Customer Service by phone, chat or e-mail through the Contact Us link found on any Amazon Help page.

大概意思是买家账号问题导致了卖家账号无法登录,要自己去联系亚马逊前台解决问题
我的是欧洲站的,但是以上电话貌似是美国站点的电话而且也是老电话号码,后面自己通过英国亚马逊前台找到电话+44 808 1453768.
给了买家客服咨询,说我的买家账号被冻结了,只能转交给账号专员协助,让我等邮件回复。(自我怀疑由于前2天误操作用同个卖家账号的e-mail的地址的买家账号给跟卖的发了封邮件提示他不要跟卖)。
第二天收到提示说:
Thank you for your response. Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours.
We ask you not to open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be canceled.

Amazon.co.uk
然后继续等邮件,最终得到结果是无法恢复我的账号。如图:
我给这封邮件回复了,讲明是否有什么误会,或者告知我被封的原因,能否有申诉的机会。我以为可以像社区里面有些差不多跟我一样的问题(https://www.wearesellers.com/question/52923),申诉提交信用卡账单就可以,但是压根不给我申诉的机会,直接告诉我还是决定关停我的账号,不会再回复邮件给我,各路大神们,能否给个指引,让我可以申诉解决这个买家账号问题?让我重新登录亚马逊后台。(无设置子账号)。。。谢谢大大们
