求一份亚马逊客户邮件关怀信,模板。我一般都是订单发货后3-4天发站内信,大部分客户都不回复的,其实关怀信有效果吗?

求一份客户邮件关怀信,安全的的模板。
请问一下大家发站内信关怀客户,我一般都是订单发货后3-4天发站内信,大部分客户都不回复的,其实关怀信有效果吗?
然后客户也不回复,过20天左右邀评?
请大家帮忙分享一下实际做法。

自己主动找买家邀评,订单点进去右上角这个请求评论

注意等订单付款完成后3-4周去点,比如顾客要是用了不满意,差不多3周内就会发起退货,要是有残缺,一周之内也会退货,所以3-4周这个时间段可以尽可能避免有差评的出现,周末最好别索评,还有就是美国时间早晨的9:00-11:00,这个工作时间索评效率高,老外看邮件频繁,这段时间邮件打开率是最高,每周2索评最多,周3,4效果也不错
 
还有一个就是点买家姓名去发邮件
