打电话问客服了说是某一个被我删的ASIN, 那个ASIN被判定为受限产品, 事实上是亚马逊的误判但是我申诉了几次都没有过就没理他重新建了一个ASIN, 这个产品我同时也发了好几个不一样的造型的产品在卖, 其他都是正常的, 所以我非常确定是亚马逊误判了, 但是我重复创建ASIN 也确实是做了, 第一次申诉的思路就是 争议这个产品是非受限产品,同时承认了重复创建ASIN 的行为, 但是我是新卖家, 重复创建也是因为第一个受限了才重新开的, 不了解规则, 希望亚马逊可以重新调查。

现在不知道是缺了哪些信息, 我第一次提交了产品的材料报告,资质报告,证明是非受限产品,还有采购平台下载的采购订单(不知道这个是否可以替代收据发票这些?)

现在我要怎么继续申诉呢, 跟客服打电话他说还有按钮就是可以继续提交,建议我跟团队的人商量, 我是单干的萌新啊啊!!! 跪求大佬提供解决思路或者方案,感恩,
