1. 此品牌之前授权出去过么？ 授权店铺或其他站点， 授权出去的品牌角色是什么呢？
2.  目前备案被移除了，是品牌账户后台没有品牌了么？店铺被封了，后台都登录不了还是说后台还能进。
 
就目前获得的信息：
1. 品牌被移除，但是小号确说 已在亚马逊品牌注册中注册， 则证明品牌还有被授权账户，例如美国欧洲某国家或日本 你可以分别登陆进去看看是否有，或者被授权的账户里面看看是否有品牌， 且看清楚品牌角色。
 
2. 有什么办法可以让商标备案成功呢？之前被封的店铺现在无法登录亚马逊后台。
假设是密码输进去了，没反应的这种“登陆不了”，那么要新号备案成功的前提就是当前账户成功撤销了品牌备案，目前系统提示品牌已经备案了，说明只是品牌被移除了，并非品牌撤销了。
那如何撤销，我们之前尝试过，也成功了，不知道是不是运气的成分，这里分享一下：

与卖家支持搭上线：
方法一：
A: 直接邮件解绑
逻辑是：因为账号冻结，关闭了非申诉入口的一切case方向，则现在需要通过第三方（邮箱）联系上别人，然后让别人帮我们解决问题。
1.需要联系品牌团队（brandregistry-help@amazon.co.uk)证明你是商标所有者（需要提交相关资料证明你就是所有者），然后直接说所有者（也就是你自己） 不允许亚马逊再使用我注册的商标了【也可以使用其他说辞】，请求亚马逊团队帮助我们删掉或清除该账号的商标备案。
2.抄送一些其他卖家支持团队邮箱，这样几率可能稍微大一点
3.所需资料：商标证书，运营执照，法人身份证，注册回执。
注： 有小伙伴抄送的邮箱选了Jeff的邮箱。。。照样解绑成功。。
B 和客服搭上路：
第一种:
1. 打开链接：https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... ct-us
2. 选择topic为“Account termination request”
3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亚马逊账号的注册邮箱
5. Question and comment：User email:亚马逊账号注册邮箱Brand：已备案的品牌名 Specific reason for removal：随便说两句，因为这个case不会成功的。
6.亚马逊会回复你：We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account. Refer to your Account Health Dashboard to learn more about the status of your account.

About our seller account's BRAND REMOVAL. The Amazon account was suspended on August 25th because we currently do not meet the UK VAT requirements. Under tremendous pressure, so that our company legal person unanimously decided to close the UK site and close the brand registry account also. Brand owner is no longer allowed to use this registered trademark on Amazon and need to remove this brand registration.

三. 账号被冻结的（deactivated）且被close的账号，就是连登陆都登不进去时：
由于其账号注销无法登录后台，也进不了品牌注册界面，就没有办法从后台解绑备案，期间其联系品牌备案团队邮箱，得到的答案均是让其登录后台操作，但卖家无法进入后台，这就成了一个死循环。

3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亚马逊账号的注册邮箱

注：如果真的申诉不回来的账号且还没有注销的情况下，可以先注销再尝试上述操作。
