Your Amazon seller account has been permanently deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. 

Why is this happening?
You have listed items in violation of our "Adult products policies & guidelines". Items sold on Amazon.com must adhere to all Amazon policies. To learn more about this policy, please visit "Adult products policies & guidelines":

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please submit evidence or documentation showing that your account has not violated our Adult products policies & guidelines.

How do I send the required information?
To submit this information, please follow the instructions in the banner at the top of your Account Health page in Seller Central:

What happens if I do not send the required information?
If you do not provide the required information, your account will remain deactivated. If you have funds in your account, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com, after 90 days following this notification. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe the listings that caused your account deactivation are compliant with our "Adult products policies & guidelines", please include evidence or documentation showing that your account has not violated our policy and we will investigate your concern.
If we confirm your account has violated our "Adult products policies & guidelines", your account will remain deactivated.

You can view your account performance at https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... em_rp or by selecting Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health page shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.

你要想申诉资金,必须满足3个条件
 
1. 你的店铺违规没有成功申诉回来。
2.你的店铺违规店铺被封停时间已经满足90天。
3.店铺没有真正处理的订单,包括移除订单 
其实资金申诉比申诉店铺还要难,资金申诉亚马逊审核会从店铺注册开始的绩效进行审核。其次申诉资金的机会也非常少,不像申诉店铺有3到5次。申诉资金往往其实只有一到2次。
 
申诉的资料及流程:
 
1. 可以在店铺被封90天发送邮件至资金申诉部门的邮箱,对账户里的资金进行申诉。这个邮箱在店铺被封的那份邮件里有的。
 
2.需要提供的资料有:
需要提交一份详尽的行动计划书,其中包括关于账户违规的情况说明。
发票和收据企业的注册代理人名称、账户的开户方名称,账户的运营方名称。
您运营该销售账户的实际地址,以及在该地址的运营时间。
 
3.提交资料后,亚马逊有可能会进行视频认证,按照邮件的提示进行预约准备。资料预约成功后,亚马逊会发出确认邮件。
以及进入视频认证会议室的链接。卖家准备好资料后,按时出席即可。
 
这是基本流程,你可以看下,再仔细考虑下自己是否有能力进行申诉,因为申诉次数太少,所以需要非常慎重。
