问题:怎么向已经留了good feedback 的客人要review?

1.首先向客人要review是被允许的吗?是只要不提good review就是可以的吗?
2.如果可以要,那都有哪些词是不允许出现在邮件里的?
3.下面这封邮件是在其他论坛里下载下来的,这样的邮件是被亚马逊允许发送给客人的吗?

你这个邮件写的不行啊,去掉positive,highly 这些字眼,而且现在亚马逊又出了新政策,卖家发的邮件买家给买家客服打电话以后,是可以屏蔽的,而且你一天发超过20封邮件会被亚马逊怀疑的。我还是给一个我的模板你吧,建议你现在不要发索评邮件,第一个是收效甚微,第二个是新政策的影响,第三个是发多了不好。

  Recently you bought an item XXX from us, from your feedback, we understand that you are satisfied with it, we are really happy hearing this. You are a respectful customer, here I want to say "Thank You" with our respect.
