This is extremely disappointing and does not comply with consumer protection standards or Amazon policies. This situation has given me an unacceptably bad experience. I was unable to return home for a period due to a car accident, which delayed my opening of the package. When I finally did open it, the condition of the product, its strong odor, and its visible dirt caused immediate discomfort to my family members, including young children. For health and safety reasons and to fully comply with Amazon's return policy, I had no choice but to discard the product immediately. It was not safe or reasonable to store, photograph, or return a product in this condition. Amazon's policy regarding unhygienic or hazardous products clearly states: "For health and hygiene reasons, Amazon may require customers to dispose of damaged, dirty, or health-risk products." Based on this, I respectfully request that the following actions be taken immediately and without further discussion: A full and unconditional refund of the total order amount. No requests for photos, returns, or additional evidence. The return will be processed immediately. Please understand that I am not seeking alternative solutions such as an exchange, partial refund, or credit. I simply and clearly request a full refund. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will need to take the following steps: Filing a formal complaint with Amazon. Leaving a detailed and persistent negative review on your seller profile. Sharing my experience with documentation on social media and consumer protection forums.
