9月9号绩效通知，我们的产品因商品安全问题被下架，并被告知不接受任何用于申请恢复的文件，怎么办呢？

网上看见有人说是带锂电池的产品在会员日前扫号，目前凡是被告知不接受任何用于申请恢复的文件的卖家的链接，没有见过救回来的，请问怎么办呢？
绩效通知如下：
[ACTION REQUIRED] Product listings removed due to safety concerns
Hello,
Your product listings identified at the bottom of this email have been removed from Amazon due to safety concerns. This affects all current listings and any FBA inventory – review the affected ASINs and take immediate action for any FBA inventory.
Why is this happening?
These products have been identified as having reported safety concerns that do not meet Amazon's requirements for sale. All products sold on Amazon must comply with applicable safety standards and regulations to protect customer safety.
Our thorough investigation has confirmed this issue. We do not accept any documents for applying for reinstatement purpose.
What happens to impacted orders and inventory?
For All Orders and Listings:
- All pending customer orders for these products will be cancelled automatically
- You will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings
- These products cannot be relisted – we prohibit re-listing products once you are informed that sales are not permitted
For FBA Inventory:
- You have 30 days from this notice to remove your impacted inventory from our fulfillment centers
- Any inventory remaining after 30 days will be disposed of at your expense
- Create a removal order through Seller Central using these resources:
