收到账户需要重新验证的邮件,但是只有10天的期限?这个期限我之前看基本不都是60天吗

新店,在售几个月,这个期限我之前看基本不都是60天吗,我这个10天,然后我今天进后台也没有看到提交入口,这个可以开case给链接进去审核吗,我看需要准备营业执照,法人身份证,法人信用卡账单(账单地址是营业执照地址)
法人信用卡的账单的卡要和后台绑定的一致吗,是不是用中行的比较好过。

我也收到了这个邮件,《亚马逊服务业务解决方案协议》验证身份信息,但是账户信息界面无入口,后续开case给链接可以提交但是只有提交身份证和执照,一天后收到消费者告知法案验证邮件,账户信息那依然没有前者的入口,也不知道是需要提交两份资料,还是消费者告知法案验证成功后另一个就不用提交了,就很头疼,有没有大佬碰到过这种状况的?
