早上突然收到邮件，店铺因为2个受限被关闭了，产品是雪茄盒，理由是RP 政策：该产品已被确定为违反烟草广告禁令的烟草相关产品。 该禁令意味着不得销售带有烟草品牌名称或标志的烟灰缸/打火机或烟斗等产品。 因此，该产品不允许在 Amazon.nl 上销售。 
受限只要提交了就会从绩效里撤销，大概17号收到的，因为忙然后一直没管过。目前已经对两个ASIN进行了申诉，绩效也恢复了正常。

然后自己写了一下申诉，提交了一次没有通过，有点奔溃，可能是我的申诉写的比较烂吧。

就一个框框，也不知道好不好搞，好在不是永久关闭

我写的申诉原文：

Dear Amazon Review Team
Hello
I received an email saying that my account was temporarily suspended by Amazon for posting restricted products, we dug into the root cause, it was because we listed a cigar box, which violated the ban on tobacco advertising, and sellers are not allowed to sell tobacco with tobacco Products such as ashtrays/lighters or pipes with brand names or logos.

1. After receiving the email, we immediately removed all tobacco-related products from the shelves. Currently, we do not have any tobacco-related products in our inventory. Please refer to Attachment 1.
2. After receiving the restricted notice from Amazon, we did not remove the product immediately. I am very sorry. Recently, due to busy product development, I did not immediately deal with the violations in the store. Amazon has deleted and revoked the punishment of these two ASINs , our account performance has been restored, please refer to Attachment 2.
3. We have just received news that the Dutch government has recently increased the ban on tobacco and other products and removed all tobacco and related products from the shelves. The Dutch government is doing everything possible to combat smoking. Smoking is no longer allowed in the catering industry, sports clubs have also become non-smoking areas, and from 2024, supermarkets will no longer sell tobacco. We have also just received news that we will strictly abide by local laws and Amazon's sales rules, and we will no longer put any tobacco-related products on the shelves.

the measures taken
1. We have removed all tobacco-related products from the shelves, and currently we cannot search for any tobacco-related products in our inventory.
2. We immediately deleted the restricted items and submitted an appeal. At present, Amazon has revoked the penalties for these two ASINs, and our account performance has been restored.
3. We have checked relevant information and local laws and regulations, and found that the Dutch government is cracking down on tobacco-related products. We will abide by local laws and will no longer put tobacco-related products on the shelves.
4. We read Amazon's restricted product catalog and know that there are many products that cannot be listed on Amazon, including canned spray paint. Airsoft/BB Guns, Paintball Guns. Hangover or hangover cure. Alcohol: Products that mask or conceal the alcohol content. Radiation-protected products (including electromagnetic field protection and radiation neutralizing or shielding products). Bows, slingshots and other projectile weapons. Chewing gum (Singapore only). Coupon site. cryptocurrency. Escort services, adult dating, sex toys and merchandise. Etching paste and many other products.

Precaution:
1. We have added tobacco words to our prohibited thesaurus. Before putting products on the shelves, the ERP tool we use will assist me in filtering out all tobacco products.
2. We will conduct frequent training to understand the laws, regulations and prohibitions of the local country, immediately remove products that violate the policy, check Amazon's latest prohibition notice, and learn about the latest relevant knowledge.
3. After receiving the email from Amazon, we will immediately delete and appeal the ASIN, delete the violation in the performance status, and restore our account health score.
4. In the future, we will check our account and inventory more authentically, and will never list any products that violate Amazon's policies.
 

 

 
 

 
早上打电话联系了亚马逊客服，客服说只能以误判的角度去申诉，需要提供证据，证明我的产品没有违规，主要原因是产品图片上有打码模糊掉商标的行为，关键点应该在这里，感觉是个死结。
