Will there be a change in the decision now or anytime in the future? Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new appeal request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. However, if at any point in the future our system identifies that your account is no longer abusive, then we will establish communication with you to resume the enrollment application process/add the user to the brand.

问题2:基于亚马逊对于品牌的管控越来越严格,并且申诉的品牌能不能回来,或者大概多久后会回来心中没底,所以准备再重新备案品牌C在账户,品牌C品牌注册在公司法人名下,再经历A品牌被判断为滥用后,现在比较谨慎一些,希望再得到大家的建议和意见后再上传资料,以下问题希望得到解答:

2.1:采购合同:品牌C注册的类目目前没有合作过的工厂资源,盖公章的公司是不是要求和合同的产品类目一致,比如公司生产背包的,合同的主要产品也是包类的?合同的内容是否要和发票一致,比如产品、数量、金额、时间等等信息?有无最近通过品牌备案的卖家也可以分享模板?假如一定要对应类目的供应商开对应类目的合同,暂时没有这方面的资源有无可建议的方法?

2.2:采购发票:牌C注册的类目目前没有合作过的工厂资源,开发票的公司是不是要求和合同的产品类目一致?发票的金额、格式等怎么开?假如一定要对应类目的供应商开对应类目的发票,暂时没有这方面的资源有无可建议的方法?

2.3:产品图片:上传产品图片的话因为这是新品牌,还没有做对应的产品,可以上传之前申请品牌的图片吗?不过这个是PS呢,假如提交被拒绝了,亚马逊说是计算机生成的,应该怎么处理?
 
补充:店铺现在有品牌B,品牌B注册在公司法人名下还可以正常使用品牌权限,只是这个品牌出于其他方面的考虑不太想作为主推广品牌,因此如果品牌C能备案成功,会优先备案C品牌,B品牌选择次之
