VAT地址不匹配导致的FBA处于缺货状态(有可售库存),客服说的用库存文件删除重新上传操作试过了,更改配送方式试过了,半个月了还没好……

不好意思补充一下,上面这个链接是可售的,但是后台库存3000多,优惠券里面的库存和卖家精灵监控的库存只有60多,估摸着只是暂时恢复了销售。

本土店铺,因为地址不匹配的问题导致封店,然后更新VAT信息后解封了,但是FBA库存处于缺货状态(有可售库存),客服说的用库存文件删除重新上传操作试过了,更改配送方式试过了,向邮箱:de-vat-number-appeals-eu,发送邮件一直没有回信。请问这种情况到底怎么处理,半个月了还没好,老板都估计要开除我了.......

1,Dear Seller, Your selling privileges have been restored but you are not allowed to use our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service in connection with Amazon.de What does it mean? You can use your amazon.de account to fulfill distance sales orders but if you store inventory or your inventory is transiting in Germany, it will not be sellable. Learn more about reserved inventory here. Why my FBA setting have not been reactivated? Our records detected the presence of inventory in our German fulfillment centers. If you want to store inventory in Germany, your business is required to be VAT registered in Germany.

这个问题我也遇到过,已经解决了。
 
这是因为当前库存被预留是税号问题导致的,所以仓库团队那边必须收到税务团队的释放库存的通知之后才能予以释放所以根源上是税务团队那边的问题。
 
所以你要邮件联系一下亚马逊税务团队, 说FBA权限被关了要求恢复,邮箱(de-vat-number-appeals@amazon.com) 。
 
我的也是更新VAT信息后解封了,但是库存还一直在预留里面。你可以同时在帮助那里开case跟客服说明一下情况,应该按客服所说过24个小时就能恢复正常。我的是申诉团队回复后库存就恢复正常了。
