有比较长时间没操作过店铺了,发现被停用了,问了客服也给不出原因, 写了POA提交了几次还是没通过。有大神知道怎么办吗?

这是当时通知的邮件:

We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... 8410. After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account. 如果是较长时间没操作过店铺,很多是会触发二审,让提供水电账单,账户状况页面有请求通话的选项吗,可以电话问账户状况团队,或者开这个渠道的case,问怎么激活帐号
