最近收到Acquco发的邮件, 说要买我的店铺, 是不是钓鱼啊, 附上邮件内容:

We recently raised $160MM in capital from top Venture Capitalists (as featured in TechCrunch). 
We are looking to expand our portfolio by acquiring top Amazon FBA Brands.
Our team came across your company yesterday and ordered a few of your products -- we were blown away by the quality and design!

要谨慎,现在有很多都是套信息。

前期先报个高价给你,然后就开始所谓的尽职调查,要求你提供所有你能提供的信息,包括不限于:过去12个月/24个月的历史数据(销售情况,利润情况,供货商,成本,具体到子ASIN的所有费用信息的财报表) ,后台授权他们ERP读取数据,授权小号给他们(风险很大)等等,时间大概4-6周(长的两到三月) 
   
最后结果是: 

(1) 根据尽调,觉得你的账号价值和前期报价出入有点大(砍价),会给你个60%-70%的价格,看你要不要接受
(2) 说你账号不符合他们的预期,也就是不想买了(还是砍价),这个砍价会非常狠,低到令人发指
(3) 直接失联不鸟你

大多数时候是结果3比较多,也就是套资料的;那对于结果1和2,尽职调查期间你的运营节奏肯定是会被打乱的,你心理也做好了账号100%会卖出的期待,这也是他们的目的,繁琐的尽调流程结束后,有一部分卖家面对砍价最终会选择低价出售(资料也全泄露了,小号都授权对方了-关联风险)。 

 所以除非真的不想做了,不然不要轻易跟这些公司联系,否则很有可能赔了夫人又折兵。
