You will receive an email if one of your ASINs is affected. In that case, if you wish to continue selling the products on Amazon, you must apply by submitting the information below to erica-safety@amazon.co.uk. We will consider failure to submit the required information as admission that the product was not compliant with the certification standards. Therefore, we recommend that you submit the information even if you do not intend to continue selling the product.

A list of ASINs you are applying to sell
To speed up the process, submit one application per family ASIN/variation/model number. Upon request, you must promptly submit the required safety documents for each ASIN or model number you want to list:
Genuine product images or the product packaging showing (i) CE marking, (ii) product name or model number, (iii) the brand’s name or registered trademark, and (iv) the address where the brand can be contacted (preferably its EU-based representative).
EC Declaration of Conformity: This document can be obtained from the brand owner, the EU/UK importer, or the EU/UK authorised representative.

你看你的产品有没有英代，没有的话，就需要找服务商做，然后符合性声明，网上有模板，也可以让你做认证的服务商给你发一个，这个一般都是免费送的。
如果你没有这类服务商，可以给你推，有的话，就提交这些。
