In that case, if you wish to continue selling the products on Amazon, you must apply by submitting the information below to erica-safety@amazon.co.uk. We will consider failure to submit the required information as admission that the product was not compliant with the certification standards. Therefore, we recommend that you submit the information even if you do not intend to continue selling the product.

To speed up the process, submit one application per family ASIN/variation/model number. Upon request, you must promptly submit the required safety documents for each ASIN or model number you want to list:

Genuine product images or the product packaging showing (i) CE marking, (ii) product name or model number, (iii) the brand’s name or registered trademark, and (iv) the address where the brand can be contacted (preferably its EU-based representative).
EC Declaration of Conformity: This document can be obtained from the brand owner, the EU/UK importer, or the EU/UK authorised representative.
