关于德国的品牌备案：申请了在后台进行品牌备案，根据提示提交了验证码后就一直审核中 目前已经一个月了 多次联系客服 都是说在审核中……

品牌是TM标，12-17号申请了在后台进行品牌备案，根据提示提交了验证码后就一直审核中 目前已经一个月了 多次联系客服 都是说在审核中 让我们等待。问下有遇到同样的情况么

Why is a video verification being conducted?
In order to ensure a trusted experience, we may conduct a video verification during the Brand Registry enrollment process in some cases. This helps us gather all the information necessary to take an accurate decision.
What is the next step after selecting the slots?
We will do our best to schedule at a slot that is most convenient for you. Once you submit slots that are convenient for you, we will send you an invite with details on how to join the call. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that we are unable to schedule a video verification at any one of the preferred slots selected by you initially, we will send you an email notification with a request to select alternate slots that are convenient for you. Once a slot is finalized, you would receive details about the invite and steps to join the video verification.
Please read the below information carefully to prepare for the video verification.
1. We request you to bring your ID proof to show during the Video verification helping us to verify the Brand / TM ownership. (Establish your connection with the brand.)
2. It is mandatory for you to bring at least 50 units of each of your products.
3. During the video verification, we would request you to unpack a random sample of the products as instructed by our associate. The random sample will be selected by the associate.
4. Please ensure sufficient light is available for our associate to be able to see your brands products and packaging.
5. You would need to focus the video towards the brands products and the branding on the products. We also need you to focus the video towards the entire line of products and all the units you have brought to the call.
6. The video verification process will not be recorded by Amazon to protect your privacy. The expected duration of the verification will be 30 minutes.
