手上有ab两个店铺，a店铺有两个品牌备案在上面，b店铺为新店无任何品牌备案。出于安全着想，现在想撤销a店铺的两个品牌备案，然后再换到新的店铺去重新备案。参照了知无上的几个方法，但是到目前都没有有效的反馈。

• 方法1：

1. 打开链接：https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... ct-us
2. 选择topic为“Account termination request”
3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亚马逊账号的注册邮箱
5. Question and comment：
User email:亚马逊账号注册邮箱
Brand：已备案的品牌名
Specific reason for removal：移除的原因：1用户离开公司.2用户不再与品牌合作(例如:经销商合同到期，经销商/3P合同取消等)
 
结果：邮件有被回复，但是后台case记录和品牌case记录都没有生成任何相关case
回复如下：（请问这样算是开case成功了吗？还是需要再等待若干时间才会收到回复？）

• 方法2：

1.登录账户，进入亚马逊品牌注册页面；
2.点击Contact Brand Support；
3.点击Fix issues related to user roles；
4.选择remove删除，并说明理由。
 
结果：不知道是不是站点不同还是品牌页面更新了，在日本站后台，没有看到有remove的选项，只能把要求写在备注框里面。
得到的回复是

If you are designated as an Administrator for a brand and would like to add or remove users in the role of a Rights Owner, Administrator or Registered Agent, please do so through self-service on the Brand Registry portal.
The steps are Settings > User Permissions > Invite a user to your brand. The Brand Registry Support team will no longer be servicing any tickets raised requesting for addition or removal of users in these roles.
 
这是让我自助在权限管理页面进行删除吗？直接在品牌权限管理页面删除自己是一个正确的方法吗？
