连续收到恶意的版权和商标申诉,产品确实是一样的,但是我们没有在产品上使用他的logo,图片也是,都是自己拍的自己的中性的产品。 对方也没有这个产品的专利,已经查过了。我如何反诉?

所以怎么应对这种没有什么道理的投诉,反诉回去让他没法再骚扰我?
