后台写索评邮件却受到亚马逊邮件警告通知,有人知道是怎么回事不?

   前两天后台发邮件给客户请求他们给个评价或者反馈,没有任何好评等敏感字眼,也没有任何补偿性字眼,就是正常的一封求评邮件,但里面是附上写反馈和写评论的链接,然后第二天就收到小红旗说我发了不合适的邮件,被警告了再发取消销售权,邮件形式如下:
 
Dear Customer,

We understand that you would have sent a number of unnecessary e-mails to your buyers. Amazon.fr sellers are not allowed to send e-mails that do not relate to the delivery of an order or customer service.

If you continue to send unwanted e-mails to members of the Amazon.com community, we will be obliged to prohibit you from selling on Amazon.com.

现在我简直一脸懵逼,后台不是允许写邮件求评价的吗?怎么突然又说我不能再写了?这样的话以后都不能再要评价只能等评价乖乖来吗?这得等到猴年马月啊!
问后台客服又支支吾吾地讲不清,又有点怀疑是被买家投诉,有有经验的人支个招不?
