买家退货评论过多导致下架是什么情况,怎么看比例呢?怎样才算是退货评论多要把我下架呢?基于什么比率,或者是我被搞了

我的产品周四的时候被亚马逊发邮件通知说被下架了,因为买家退货评论多,要进行库存调查,可是我的产品在买家之声中看到的买家不满意率就1.1%,订单2200,退货数量差不多是25单,我看了退货评论数量是16个,那到底他怎样才算是退货评论多要把我下架呢?基于什么比率,或者是我被搞了?
 
有大佬可以帮帮我吗?而且那个case是属于不能回复的那种,就算我回复了case,他也不会鸟我的,之前被抓一次,但是第二天就正常了,这次的周四封的,现在周一了,还没还给我。
