一个很普通的东西。不侵权。只是产品文案上不小心使用了KTM TM 字样。 然后被律所投诉到亚马逊。
邮件内容如下：
 
We are writing to inform you that we removed some of your listings and your funds and disbursements from your seller account have been placed on hold. We took this action in accordance with a Temporary Restraining Order issued by a federal court. Items that infringe another party's copyright, patent, trademark, design right, database right, or other intellectual property or other proprietary right are prohibited.
