Hello from Amazon,

This is to inform you that for the ASIN , we have identified misleading detail page issues based on the following customer comments:

The customer received a  that was very small and of inferior quality, causing disappointment for their child. The product did not meet the customer's expectations in terms of size and overall quality.

Please complete and send us the following appeal:

1) Root cause of each customer reported issue.
What is the Root Cause of each customer comment?

2) How you will address the root cause?
What actions are you going to take to improve the root cause to provide an impeccable customer experience?

3) Confirmation of Inventory
Please write a confirmation that your inventory was updated, based on the previous mentioned actions.

4) Images of ASIN and EAN/UPC code
Please provide images of your unit from different angles, including EAN/UPC code.

An appeal may include any of the following:

• Kindly test the product from your warehouse and provide us the test reports.
• Please upload the product’s User Manual in the local Marketplace language or other documents (Trouble shooting steps, Specs sheet or video) directly to the Detail Page of the product (PDF Version, less than 10 MB), following the instructions provided in the following link: https://sellercentral-europe.a ... NM3Q3
• Confirm if there were any updates made to the product recently, if yes, please provide the details and update the documents (manual, instructional videos, etc.)

A successful appeal will always be directly related to the root cause of the customer reported issue and may include but is not limited to:

• Listing detail page updates
• Product design changes
• Improved instruction manuals
• Inventory removal orders

This case will remain open for 48 hours while we await your response. If we do not receive a complete appeal from you, your ASIN offer will be temporarily suspended.

Your prompt attention to this matter can help ensure positive customer experiences that will contribute to your success with Amazon.
