专利持有人是个人，怎样投诉卖家外观专利侵权？试过品牌备案哪里投诉，但是不行 ，偶尔会成功，导致投诉过多，现在被亚马逊判断恶意使用品牌滥用，品牌消失了。有遇到这种情况吗？

现在导致投诉过多，被亚马逊判断恶意使用品牌滥用，品牌消失了。

方法：
1、使用自己的账号进投诉界面
2、在投诉信息中正确填写相应内容
1、由于是为外观设计问题，因此需要选择：专利问题
2、专利编号直接填写专利证书上的注册号：006012514-0001
3、其他信息部分说明对侵权请求下架对方产品，并提供相关理由及证据：
（参考陈述）：
Dear Sir/Madam,
As obligee , ABC and the relevant company, we hereby request you to remove the listings of
the aforementioned four products, which fall into the scope of protection conferred by the
RCD No. 006012514-0001 owned by me and thus infringe the RCD.
Please find the information on the RCD for your reference:
Design number: 006012514-0001
Owner:ABC Filing date/registration date: 14/01/2019 (earlier than the date first available on
the Amazon of the alledged products, namely 9 Mar. 2019)
