Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
We see that your facing issue with the ASIN:XXX.
We inform you that the ASIN B0D7ZYWX9P is restricted under Product removal requested by German authority.
We see that your provided document does not met criteria. Hence, we ask you to provide required documents with this below criteria.
The letter of compliance must be a statement explaining how current or incoming inventory is not subject to recall and is compliant with all regulatory standards.
Your letter of compliance must also include the following information:
1. Must be from the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's letterhead, and signed by a relevant manufacturer stakeholder.
2. A brief statement of one to two sentences stating the reason for the recall.
3. Identification of the ASIN and product name requested for reinstatement.
4. Must be submitted in PDF or Word document format.
Once we receive your letter, we will redirect it to the appropriate team. They will investigate your request and we will contact you with their decision.
