账号资金被预留了半年，包括美国站加拿大和墨西哥站。账号和产品正常，查看过账号绩效和邮箱，没有任何相关的警告或者律师函。联系了compiance-verification团队后给我发了以下邮件需要我提交资料审核，目前在需要提交什么资料这里被卡住了。
 
第一封邮件：

现在亚马逊说收到了我公司的文件，但还需要我提交店铺的文件。我的店铺是用这个公司信息注册的，也提交了pingpong的银行对账单，不知道到底亚马逊要我提交店铺的什么文件，发过去询问后对方又给我按模板重复发第一封邮件。请问谁知道亚马逊到底需要我提交什么材料去审核吗？
