19年的货在海关被扣留,22年亚马逊收到美国CBP通知之后绩效团队给我一个小红旗。 A successful petition 到底是什么东西?要怎么申诉
今年突然又收到业绩通知。根据下面的邮件给CBP签署了一份协议,表示放弃这批货。CBP也回复处理了这批货的处理结果。但是到了亚马逊申诉,怎么也不通过。把CBP回复也发给绩效团队。绩效团队说需要- A successful petition received after following CBP’s petition process for seized goods.--这个 A successful petition 到底是什么东西?要怎么申诉?
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) notified us that they have seized a shipment of your product XXXXXX at the port of JFK Airport on June 7, 2021. As a courtesy, we are providing you with a copy of the CBP Notice of Seizure, indicating that your product XXXXXX was seized for the violation of 19 USC 1526(e). In light of this enforcement action, we have removed this product from Amazon.com. We may provide your contact information to CBP so that they may contact your directly. In the meantime, if you have questions about this import enforcement action, or if you believe this import enforcement action was taken in error by the Government, we strongly recommend that you contact the CBP point of contact provided in the attached letter page #5 for further instructions on filing a petition with CBP. If you do choose to file a petition with CBP challenging the enforcement, please provide a copy of that successful petition to gl-customs-inquiries@amazon.com.
Please note that this import enforcement action is still under internal review at Amazon and may result in additional action taken against your account.
