generic产品收到policy warning怎么办比较好?

产品本身确实侵权,侵的是某超级大牌,这个没的洗,在此向兢兢业业的同行们致歉。
这个listing的品牌写的是generic,而且标题也以generic开头,并且不包含品牌名全称,类似“王者荣耀”,标题只出现了"王者"。
在此就想问一下有经验的知友们,收到这种邮件是直接删除listing,还是以提供增值税发票但缺少授权书的方式进行申诉?
1、我们现在主动删除listing的话,还需要回复邮件吗?
2、申诉的话,估计99%的几率不会通过,除了listing会被亚马逊删除以外,账号可能还会因为此次申诉不通过被关闭吗?
 
附邮件如下(相关信息用王者荣耀举例替代):

Brand: 王者荣耀
Title: Generic 王者 XXX

Please email pq-review@amazon.com with the following supporting documents: 

-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown on the documentation should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card. 
--  Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.

If the product is generic, or the brand is not registered in the local market you are selling to, revise your listings. The title, brand, and description should clearly indicate “generic.”

If we receive additional complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
