How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please reply to this email with the following information:
1) An explanation that justifies that your account was not engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
2) All the documents or information listed below:
-- Name of your business’s registered agent.
-- Name of the party who registered the account.
-- Name(s) of the party operating the account.
-- Physical address(s) where you operated the selling account.
-- Proof of fulfilment on your completed orders in the last 30 days
-- Supply chain documents such as:
-Invoices and receipts that include item descriptions and item quantities.
-Supplier information such as name, phone number, address, and website
-Import or export documents
