(已解决)产品名一个非常普通的词被同行注册商标了,投诉我商标侵权怎样申诉?目前连接已经被删除,库存转到预留状态,还有上千个在途中,账号还在没有冻结,联系了几次品牌方都没有回复

4月23日,收到一封邮件说我们的产品标题被投诉出现一个品牌词,这个词非常简单不像品牌,卖的一个品牌,提前把产品词也注册了。收到邮件之后彻查所有连接,把侵权的词删除掉,发了提交了申诉说明我们产品的误用他们品牌词,现在已经删除了,希望给一次机会。并且通过邮件提供的邮箱联系投诉诚恳道歉请求撤诉。

4月25日,回复无法接受我们申请(第一张截图),还有侵权词,而且要提供发票。我再检查一遍,发现还有五点描述和A+有这个词,用模板刷新之后,开case叫客服查看后台已经没有这个关键词。由于之前没有备发票,做了两份补开的增值税发票和采购合同,一起提交。此时投诉方的邮件没有回复,再跟进了一次。

4月27日,回复我们没有提交要求的文件或提交的文件无效(第二张截图)。请在您的行动计划中提供以下缺失的信息并重新提交给我们。
请提供以下一项文件,以证明您的商品是正品:

目前连接已经被删除,库存转到预留状态,还有上千个在途中,账号还在没有冻结,联系了几次品牌方都没有回复,不知道一直申诉不通过后面会不会关闭账号,上诉要求的LOA授权几乎不大可能拿到,投诉方也回复,后续不知道如何继续进行申诉了,麻烦有相关经验的大佬指点一下。

非常感谢这个兄弟@lucle​的建议,再次检查listing,删除所有侵权词,把标题描述写得很简单,图片也改了,后面再一次申诉(用同样的发票)通过了,前前后后总共申诉3次,耗时16天。
 
有个服务商报价9K+吓了我一跳,最近也是非常煎熬,1000+的rating,翻新可惜而且还有风险,最近还有2000个正在入仓了,所以还是得坚持去申诉,还有就是把不可售的移除的时间设置为60天,这样就多一些的时间去申诉,希望对后面的有同样问题的人有帮助。
