过年期间很多店铺收到侵权通知，是由于“general”这个单词被人注册了美国商标
  这是我在别的地方看到卖家成功收回的案例，征求了原创的分享，发到知无不言。
  一个是邮件发材料证明，一个是后台申诉里写内容。
 第一个材料证明：
   我们自己的商标证明
   进货单据，拍了三张
   仓库图片  尽自己可能去提供最有力的证据
 第二个，申诉内容：

Sorry to receive the letter to inform us that our Amazon selling privileges have been removed.
It said that the items we offer may infringe intellectual property rights or may be inauthentic. To be honest, we are very confused about this. 
All the items we sell are made by our own factory and most products are distributed by FBA. Hope you kindly understand we did do our best to do our business complying with the rules of Amazon. Our company has always been paid high attention to product infringement.
To search the reason for product infringement, we immediately launched an investigation . The infringing product with the flower combination pattern is one of the popular types in the Chinese market. In May 2016, firstly we uploaded the items according to the example Amazon offerred, in which the brand said "Generic".  Moreover, we have used our own brand "品牌" and  tried to enroll in the Amazon Brand Registry.
We have attched all the documents as you requested, please kindly check.
Hope our selling privileges will recover soon. We will definitely abide the rules of Amazon strictly and will try our best to become the good seller in China.
